Trance

I don’t normally post trailers because they spoil the film but in this case the writers/editors did a fine job of that already.

James McAvoy’s agent is either a genius who understands plots that nobody else possibly could. Or some senile old radish who just thinks his only client looks fit with a gun.

The premise of Trance, and the opening 30 minutes are pretty strong.  There’s nothing distinctively wrong with this movie, BUT, it’s fundamentally flawed. At the end we were like ‘Is my hangover so bad it’s made me totally unlearn everything I know, or is Trance really that fucking stupid?’  I would pay £2.30 to see this film. Tops.

PS. The above review could totally apply to Welcome To The Punch, but I know the people who made it so I’m staying quiet on the matter.
